Centre Attitude will respond to any request for access or correction expeditiously within 30 days of the date of receipt of a written request. In the event of a refusal to provide or correct the information, Centre Attitude will provide you with the reasons for the refusal and the sections of applicable law that support the refusal, subject to the restrictions set out in the law, and we will inform you of your recourse.

10. Third-Party Services and Websites
This Policy applies only to our Site, and does not extend to websites, products or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
When you click on a link and leave the www.Centreattidude.com website, the information exchanged from that point on is no longer subject to the privacy policy of Centre Attitude, but to those of the private redirect site. 11. Hosting & Storage
Your Personal Information is currently hosted in Quebec (Canada), but also in the United States with service providers. Your Personal Information hosted in the United States is subject to different privacy rules as it is subject to applicable local laws and may be subject to disclosure to the governments, courts, law enforcement or regulatory agencies of that other country in accordance with the laws of that country. However, our practices with respect to your Personal Information will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.
12 Personal Information of Minors
We do not collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not provide us with your Personal Information without the consent of your parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you discover that your child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information without consent, you may notify us using the contact information in the "Contact Us" section below and request that we delete that child's Personal Information from our systems.
