1.  Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out a form or communicate with us by email or phone. We collect, use and disclose your Personal Information with your consent or as permitted or required by law.

If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, we are expressing your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as set out in this Policy.

2.  Personal Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that is strictly necessary for the purposes pursued. In particular, when you access, visit or use the Site, we may collect the following data:

  • Browsing activity: we collect information relating to your browsing activity or the device you are using, such as your IP address, the unique identifier of your tablet or smartphone, the operating system you use, the type of browser you use, your history, your browsing behavior on our platform,  including where and when you viewed our platform, the features used, and the sections viewed.     • Data collected automatically: We also use cookie data or similar technologies such as pixels, tags, or beacons (collectively, "cookies"), to identify your computer or mobile device and to store your preferences and other data.

    • Cookies do not cause any damage to the hard drive, but facilitate, for example, the search for preferences, the pre-filling of certain fields and the adaptation of the content of the services on the visited site. 5.  Retention of Personal Information

We retain the personal information collected for a period of two years from the date of the last service provided. Subject to this requirement, all information, including physical copies, may only be destroyed or shredded after this two-year period in order to ensure the protection and confidentiality of all customers.

We have implemented physical, organizational, contractual and technological security measures to protect your Personal Information. We have taken steps to ensure that only those employees who need to see your Personal Information in the course of their duties have access to your Personal Information.

Centre Attitude will respond to any request for access or correction expeditiously within 30 days of the date of receipt of a written request. In the event of a refusal to provide or correct the information, Centre Attitude  will provide you with the reasons for the refusal and the sections of applicable law that support the refusal, subject to the restrictions set out in the law, and we will inform you of your recourse.

If Centre Attitude  refuses to rectify your personal information, we will allow you to provide written comments regarding the personal information that was the subject of the refusal to rectify your personal information. Centre Attitude will also retain personal information that has been the subject of an access or correction request for as long as necessary to allow you to exhaust the remedies provided for by law.

10.  Third-Party Services and Websites

This Policy applies only to our Site, and does not extend to websites, products or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

When you click on a link and leave the website, the information exchanged from that point on is no longer subject to the privacy policy of Centre Attitude, but to those of the private redirect site. As a precautionary measure, we invite you to read the privacy policy of the site in question.


11.  Hosting & Storage

Your Personal Information is currently hosted in Quebec (Canada), but also in the United States with service providers. Your Personal Information hosted in the United States is subject to different privacy rules as it is subject to applicable local laws and may be subject to disclosure to the governments, courts, law enforcement or regulatory agencies of that other country in accordance with the laws of that country. However, our practices with respect to your Personal Information will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

12  Personal Information of Minors

We do not collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not provide us with your Personal Information without the consent of your parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you discover that your child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information without consent, you may notify us using the contact information in the "Contact Us" section below and request that we delete that child's Personal Information from our systems.
